What method is taught in the TCS Preschool?
We use a traditional teaching approach in the preschool class but have found that incorporating Montessori tools in the classroom enriches each student's learning experience. We offer full-day preschool students two classes each of Art, and PE, and one Music class per week. This is not a daycare program. We want our young students to learn and thrive in a supportive, loving, and challenging learning environment. We want to emphasize the development of the whole child, not only in academics but also in spiritual, physical, and social development. We are looking for parents that want to experience something special and unique for their child(ren) here at TCS.
Application Process for Preschool
The following completed items are needed for a student to be considered for admission:
1. Application for each students seeking admission.
2. Copy of birth certificate as proof of age.
3. Copy of child’s social security card.
4. Certificate of Immunization Form 3231 and Certificate of Eye, Ear and Dental Form
3300.
5. Receipt of previous school records (if applicable).
6. Pastor’s Recommendation (confidential). To be send directly from pastor to school.
7. A non-refundable deposit of $300 per child (credited toward yearly tuition).
