Meet Stephanie Nicholson!

“I have a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Auburn University and taught kindergarten, first, and second grade for 11 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Seven years ago, God opened the door for me to return to the classroom—this time as the art teacher at TCS—and it has been such a joy! I’m an artist and photographer who loves to create in all kinds of ways, and I believe God created each of us with the ability to be creative too. My favorite part of teaching is watching students discover their own God-given talents and the joy that comes from making something beautiful.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy life with my husband, our two boys who are both in college, and our sweet dog and cat. Whether I’m painting, taking photos, or spending time with my family, I’m always looking for ways to see and share the beauty God has placed in the world.”
